MAT77

Polysulfide secondary sealant

MAT77 is a 2-component, solvent-free adhesive sealant which has polysulfide characteristics. The rheological properties of the product make it suitable for manual and robot processing. The instructions of the equipment manufacturer should be observed.

Application Areas:
MAT77 adheres to glass, aluminium, galvanized steel and stainless steel without the use of primer. For other products, such as coated glass, glass from which the coating has been removed, treated spacer profiles or profiles made of other materials; relevant trials must be carried out to ensure the product's suitability. The use with polycarbonate or polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is not recommended.

Only for insulated glass manufacturing, for different applications please contact us.

MAT70

Butyl primary sealant

MAT70 is one-component, solvent free thermoplastic insulating glass sealant based on polyisobutylen which does not harden. Exposure to heat results in significant softening. The maximum final strength is only achieved after processing on a press. This results in physical adhesion. Very tight to water vapour, argon and sulphur hexaflourid. Adheres to all surfaces commonly used in the insulated glass industry such as glass, aluminium, zinc or stainless steel. MAT70 is used as a primary sealant in combination with a secondary sealant such as MAT77, HotMAT or any other sealants used in the manufacturing of insulated glass.

Only for insulated glass manufacturing and for different applications please contact us.

HotMAT

Hotmelt sealant

HotMAT hot melt butyl is a 100% solids, single-component sealant designed for the sealed insulating glass industry. It is formulated from butyl rubber, synthetic polymers and elastomers, to give outstanding adhesion to glass and aluminum when fabricated manually or reactivated in semi- automatic equipment. The product is resistant to degradation from ultraviolet light, temperature extremes and water immersion.

Only for insulated glass manufacturing and for different applications please contact us.

MATMol

Molecular sieve

MATMol is a mixture of calciumoxide containing natural desiccants and natural binders, like bentonites and polygorskits. The product is designed for a static water adsorption process with very low adsorption speed. With an optimized density can reach very good water adsorption capacity in a specific volume. If not in contact with liquid water, It has no chemical reactions to aluminium, steel, galvanized steel and plastics. If used in treated spacer profiles or profiles made of other materials; relevant trials must be carried out to ensure the product's suitability.

Only for insulated glass manufacturing and air drying applications, for different applications please contact us.
